March 2013 PlayStation 4 release date, which seems a little absurd.
The rumor is that a “reliable” and “anonymous” source heard at a “upper level” meeting the words “PlayStation 4 in 18 months“.
18 months isn’t exactly a long time, only a fiscal year-and-a-half away. That means they’d be developing it right now, which is what many rumors suggest already. But what seems more likely is a June unveiling during E3 2013, followed by a 2013 November release date.
Either way, no one knows for sure, and Sony is keeping to their quiet ways while many rumors suggest the PlayStation 4 console is under development right now.
